Clase Azul México
Packaging system design for Clase Azul México. As the brand expanded beyond tequila, a unified framework was needed to ensure coherence, scalability, and production efficiency across all future packaging.
Clase Azul is México's first luxury house — a brand expanding across spirits, experiences, and lifestyle. As each category grew, packaging had evolved organically: each piece functional on its own, but without a shared language across the ecosystem. The challenge wasn't any single package. It was the absence of a governing system. Without shared principles, every new packaging decision started from zero, creating inconsistencies across categories, suppliers, and markets. Leading the project as Branding & Packaging Manager, the approach shifted from designing individual solutions to defining the framework itself: material standards, structural guidelines, and brand rules that would govern every future packaging decision — regardless of product category or supplier. The result was a scalable packaging system that brought coherence to Clase Azul's expanding universe, reduced production inefficiencies, and gave the brand a clear language for growth — built not around how packaging looked, but around what it needed to communicate.
